InterMarket’s technical team had a Conference Call with the Marriott Executives to collaborate the Washing Parameters to be followed for the newly launched Westin’s prestigious Hevenly Bed 2.0 program
We explained the executives from Marriott particularly Laundry managers & Housekeepers about the various characteristics and properties of fabrics used for the Westin 2.0 Bedding program. There were different Fiber contents, Yarn types, Knitted and Woven fabric constructions and it was a challenge for setting a common laundry parameter. Further the Coloured flange in the pillowcases could not be bleached in a normal cycle. We provided a solution of localised spot cleaning technique along with other washing parameters as below.
