To cater the changing needs and fashion requirements of the Global and Domestic customers, we established a dedicated vertically integrated Textile Manufacturing Plant in 2004. This has helped us in achieving cost leadership, quicker turnaround of orders in timely manner.
Our manufacturing plant at Erode, Tamil Nadu, is two-hour drive from city of Coimbatore, a major airport in southern part of India. The Facility is equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery, consisting of yarn preparatory machines, Dobby & Jacquard looms, Soft flow processing machines and fully automated length cutting and hemming equipments.
The processing is done on Thies machines supported by Hydro extractor, loop drier, steinter and tumble drying machines. For confection we are equipped with German made Schmale automatic machines and Juki machines.
