Our manufacturing unit in Erode, India is equipped with state of art machinery for processes starting with yarn sizing, weaving and bleaching to automatic length cutting / hemming. The Vamatex Rapier looms for dobby weaving are supported with Staubli Machines for Jacquard weaving.  The towel processing is done on the latest Thies Machines which, are supported with hydro extractor, loop drier, steinter and tumble drying machines.

On the confection side, we are equipped with German made automatic machines from Schmale. We have the ability to do single and double needle length hemming on our machines.  The side hemming is done using Juki stitching machines. 

ECO Responsibility

Our manufacturing facility is one of  the few textile companies in India to have a Consent Letter from the Environment Ministry. Our facility has a fully integrated 3 stage Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant. The plant is supported by an Evaporator to ensure that stringent ZERO DISCHARGE norms are followed.

The facility recycles an average of a half a million liters of water every day. The recycled water is then reused in the production process. The balance harsh water which cannot be reused is evaporated in the form of steam.
